1. Saw the Lion of Waterloo on monday
2. Started to fitness this week (yoga & bodysculpting)
3. Finally had the time to read again!
4. Let it snow!
5. Still making a radioprogramme every saturday
6. Sushi.. Omnomnom!

Back to uni. tomorrow, but I’ve prepared a lovely post. I’ll present to you a shop (one of many who will follow), so another section for Life With a View, hotspots or places 2b! Can’t wait :)

Antwerp & Waterloo

Two trips this week. One shoppingtrip to Antwerp and one to Waterloo with the same outfit (it’s cold, and I don’t have that much coats to switch every day!)

Antwerp

H&M coat & tote – Bobo jeans – Forever 21 hat – Veritas scarf – Ugg boots – Primark gloves – Twice as nice earrings

I haven’t bought a thing in Antwerp, can you believe it? Dunno what happened to me that day, but have to admit I wasn’t in the mood for fitting. It was so cold and my hair was electrostatic all the time so taking my clothes off was like hell, haha.

Waterloo

Ray-Ban sunglasses

I won the Gastronomic Quiz from ELLE and had to pick up my price (Nespresso machine!!!) on the editorial office. Waterloo is only 5min driving from there and I definitely wanted to take a look at the Lion of Waterloo. The artificial hill and statue of the lion are placed there to commemorate the Battlefield of Waterloo (with Napoleon) and the taking down of William II of the Netherlands. It’s a piece of culture/history a Belgian’s got to see at least once in his lifetime! And now I did. The 225 (!!!) stairs where worth the climb!

ps: the tiny little person you can see on the parking lot between the grey and blue car is my mom! She’s afraid of heights, so no climbing for her!

Cannot do a post about Waterloo, without this song!

Cosy winter clothing

It’s so cold outside, I’m wearing multiple layers, a warm coat, a cap, gloves and a scarf these days. Not many spectacular outfits, so another cosy and casual outfit it is. BUT I took my coat off! I didn’t want to make pictures inside because the snowy background is too beautiful to neglect! Have to tell you, I was freezing my ass off but everything for the pictures, I guess!

H&M sweater – Vila shirt – Levis jeans – Ugg boots – Versace for H&M ring -  Eva Garden nailpolish

1, 2, 3, …

And the feeling in my hands was gone!

Winterwonderland

The first snow of the year is a fact! The first thing that popped into my mind was.. a skitrip! Too bad I’m not going to ski this year, I can only dream.

Polyvore

The perfect shoes at the moment, Uggs. I’m aware of the fact that not everybody likes them, but hé they’re very warm and comfy right now.

New in: Longchamp Le Pliage

The wrinkles will come out, as I’m wearing it more often!

My mum bought me this adorable Longchamp handbag from the “Pliage” collection. Can I call this my very first designer bag? It’s not an “It-bag”, but an all known model of Longchamp I guess.. Why Pliage? Because you can fold it up! Easy as the word itself says..
